This policy explains how NORWYN CORPORATION handles personal information submitted through the Náthaly website and waitlist.

1. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, preferred language, country, consent date, confirmation status and, only if you choose to provide it, your WhatsApp number. We also retain limited technical security data, such as a protected representation of the requesting IP address.

2. How we use it

We use this information to confirm your subscription, send relevant Náthaly development and launch updates, understand interest by language and country, prevent abuse and maintain the security of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Consent and communications

Waitlist communications are based on your consent. Your email must be confirmed before it is included in launch communications. WhatsApp is optional and will only be used when you provide the number and consent to communications.

4. Service providers and international processing

We use technology providers such as Cloudflare for website, security and database infrastructure, and Resend for email delivery. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the providers' safeguards and applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain waitlist information while your subscription is active and for the period reasonably necessary to document consent, handle requests, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours.

6. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe through the link included in our emails. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also request access, correction, deletion, portability or information about the processing of your personal data.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including restricted administrative access and non-reversible storage of confirmation, session and cancellation tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and local preferences

The members area uses an essential secure session cookie after sign-in. The public website stores only your language preference in the browser. We do not currently use advertising cookies on these pages.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Náthaly and its services evolve. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
